Our Mission
We are dedicated to providing neurodiversity-affirming and trauma informed occupational therapy services for children and adults. Supporting mental and physical well-being across the lifespan by embracing each individuals unique abilities and ways of engaging with the world.
We focus on fostering independence, building resilience, and equipping people with the practical, everyday skills they need to navigate life with confidence—at home, at school, at work, and in their communities. Through skilled occupational therapy, personalized coaching, and compassionate guidance, we help children and adults build physical, emotional, and functional well-being.

Meet the Founder
Camille Lauer, OTR/L
As an occupational therapist, I strive to offer holistic, strengths-based services to support individuals of all ages in building independence, confidence, and meaningful life skills. My work centers on meeting individuals where they are and empowering them to thrive in everyday activities, relationships, and routines.
My diverse background in occupational therapy, adaptive climbing coaching, special education, and caregiving for elderly and disabled individuals has shaped my integrative, person-centered approach. These experiences guide me in supporting individuals on their journey toward greater self-empowerment and autonomy.
