Our Mission
We are dedicated to providing neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed support for children, adults, and organizations. Our work centers on embracing each individual’s unique abilities and ways of engaging with the world, fostering independence, and equipping people with practical, everyday skills to navigate life with confidence—at home, at school, at work, and in their communities.
Through skilled occupational therapy, personalized coaching, and compassionate guidance, we help children and adults build physical, emotional, and functional well-being. At the same time, we extend this expertise to organizations and providers: helping workplaces, schools, and therapy practices create neuroinclusive environments, train staff in strengths-based approaches, and implement neurodiversity-affirming practices that support everyone’s success.

Meet the Founder
As an occupational therapist and neurodiverse professional, I strive to offer holistic, strengths-based services that support individuals of all ages in building independence, confidence, and meaningful life skills. My work centers on meeting individuals where they are and empowering them to thrive in everyday activities, relationships, and routines.
My diverse background in occupational therapy, adaptive climbing coaching, special education, caregiving for elderly and disabled individuals, and providing neurodiversity training and consultative support to gyms and summer camp staff has shaped my integrative, person-centered approach.
